1. General provisions

The online shop available at kubi-custom.com is operated by KUBI Jakub Wójcik, Wierzchowiska Pierwsze 78A, 21-050 Piaski, NIP: 7133128553, REGON: 527180540, e-mail: kontakt@kubi-custom.com, tel. 722 006 784. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the shop and the conditions for concluding sales contracts.

2. Placing orders

Orders can be placed around the clock via the shop website. To place an order you need to add products to the cart, provide the details required to process the order and choose a payment and delivery method. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract.

3. Prices and payments

All prices in the shop are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty. Available payment methods are presented during checkout. Online payments (BLIK, fast bank transfer, payment card) are handled by the payment operator paynow.pl – mElements S.A., a company of the mBank Group. At the customer's request we issue a VAT invoice (please provide your VAT/tax ID when placing the order).

4. Realizacja i dostawa

Order processing begins once payment has been recorded. Processing times, delivery costs and methods are presented at checkout. For made-to-order products the processing time may be longer and is agreed individually.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. Details and the withdrawal form are available on the shop website.

6. Reklamacje

The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract. Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address kontakt@kubi-custom.com. Reklamacja zostanie rozpatrzona w terminie 14 dni.

7. Dane osobowe

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
